Little Hayden

Thursday, December 14, 2006

I have been friends with Jessica since I was 12 years old. She was my girlfriend in 6th grade...does that really even count? Well anyway...she is now the proud mother of little Hayden. I think he is around 4 months old...he's a great looking little guy!

Andrea

It is always nice to get to go to a new area to shoot outdoor portraits. Everything is fresh and new ideas come much more easily. Well I got the opportunity to hit up a place that I have often visited but never shot. Downtown Florence, AL really turned out to be a great spot to shoot! Andrea did a great job and has some of the most striking eyes I have ever seen!

We also had the luck of running across a couple of old busty cars! I saw the owner outside of the building and asked him if I could shoot in front of them...he really couldn't understand why I would have wanted to...but he agreed! Give me a busty old hoopty any day over a shiny new one...for photos anyway.

The Hargrove Family

As is typical of Alabama we are having some roller coaster like weather. Luckily on this particular Saturday we had an incredibly beautiful and relatively warm day. I met the Hargroves at Athens State University's Founders Hall and we had a great afternoon of shooting!

This wasn't the one she picked to go on their Christmas card...but it was one of my favorites!

Here's another one of my favorites!

The Putman Family

Well I am having to catch up on about a month's worth of sessions...so bear wtih me.

The winter weather got me again on this session...but luckily we were able to shoot inside of a local Country Club. The main goal of this session was to shoot three seperate groups of one family. At the end we did some individual shots and these were two of my favorite from that part.

Natural light always wins.
